another year has passed in my life and whoa, what a ride this has been! in my 20th year in this world, i proved to myself that i can do almost anything, that i don't need to rely on anybody. it was a year of self-discovery. i proved so much to myself and i'm so proud of it. i don't want to go and jot down every single thing i learned the past year, but as a whole, it's been a great ride. my appetite for adventure was fueled more and more, my thirst for travel and discovering new stuff seems unquenchable. i'm looking forward to this year. as i walk around as an ADULT... i'm sure there are tons of adventures waiting for me, new places to be discovered, more twists and turns, more hurt, more pain, more sorrow but i'm sure, more happiness. i've learned to value the happy stuff, yeah, shit can happen but there's always happy stuff to keep me going. :)
and yeah, as the song goes, i'll measure my year in seasons of love. not in sorrow or anything else. :)
